I will notarize any single document that needs notarizing including contracts, deeds, Power of Attorney, Advance Directives, and more. Please specify what type of document(s) you need notarized and how many people will be signing.
- $40 travel fee, $10 per stamp, $5 per person
- Located at your preferred location (I will travel nearly anywhere within the city limits of Portland – additional travel can be arranged for an additional fee)

Certified Notary Signing Agent (Loan Signing):
Having been a real estate agent for over 9 years and handling hundreds of transactions, loan documents are a familiar part of my job. I have attended nearly all of my client signings to provide a level of customer service rarely provided by other agents. As such, I have a decade’s worth of familiarity with loan documents such as closing disclosures, notes, deeds of trust, etc. I am certified as a Notary Signing Agent with both the National Notary Association and Notary.net. I also am covered by E&O insurance up to $25,000. Please note that I am not able to provide this service to a signer if I am also acting as a real estate agent in the transaction.
